In your pivotal, rewarding role as Associate Program Manager, you will need to function well as a team player; you will provide support to two (2) colleagues also on this project. Most tasks will be divided between the three of you depending on your skillset, time, and position on the program. You should be organized, efficient, and detail oriented, and you should also be willing to work closely with a small team on projects. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to think and function independently. You must be able to multi-task while remaining helpful and courteous. Excellent time management and planning skills are essential. Proficiency with MS Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new programs is a must. Proficiency with data management tools (e.g. REDCap), social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Messenger, Instagram, etc.) and website content management (WordPress) is preferred. Your expected responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting with coordinating internal and external program activities which may include research and education minutes, events, seminars, and workshops.
Preparing informational materials and disseminating to appropriate audiences.
Coordinating facilities and ensuring logistics and materials are prepared for events and meetings.
Providing support for research activities, which may include data collection, database management, basic data analysis, and the preparation of charts, graphs, and tables.
Assisting communications staff and funder with web design and social media communications.
Possibly assisting with drafting portions of grant proposals and project documents
Facilitating input from participant partners nationwide for ongoing evaluation of program materials.
Tracking and assessing program impact including development of online surveys and evaluation reports.
Providing consistent communication and outreach to community members.
Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program
Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
