St Francis Hospital, The Heart Center is seeking PhD or MD scientists who can provide expert leadership in cardiovascular outcomes, epidemiology and population science research as well as the keen management skills to lead a clinical research center. The primary responsibility is to provide independent leadership in research of national and international significance and to support, design and conduct research in a cardiovascular institution where a large number of clinical studies are carried out in all disciplines of cardiovascular practice including interventional cardiology, heart failure, arrhythmia and cardiac imaging. Research accomplishments in clinical research of above disciplines are not required but a plus. Qualifications needed include track record of research productivity and experience of administrative management. Training background in epidemiology is desired.
