Responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by administering day-to-day human resources functions. This includes compiling and maintaining HR records, monitoring and reporting compliance with regards to The Joint Commission/DOH regulatory standards and providing supporting documentation/information to third party vendors regarding unemployment, protected leave, and disability.Â Assists with special projects as required by the Human Resources team to include but not limited to M3 training coordinator, Nurse Scholars, GW Signature Scholarship, vendor management of all LOA, employment verification among others.Â Â
