In this full-time clinical educator role, you will provide care for children and young adult patients on our busy inpatient and outpatient consult service as well as teach and participate in clinical research.
Opportunities exist for satellite outreach clinics and global health (refugee and/or travel clinic). Our immunodeficiency program includes children with primary immune deficiencies and also a designated AIDS center.
Members of the Division are part of our well-established and well-published Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship committees.
Connecticut Children’s is committed to the growth of our junior faculty in their development of research pursuits and new initiatives.
Academic appointmentat the Assistant/Associate Professor level at the University of Connecticut. The Division is also home to a 3-year pediatric infectious disease fellowship, as well as a 1-year pediatric infectious disease pharmacy residency.
As a tertiary referral center, and Level 1 trauma center, Connecticut Children's Medical Center includes a full range of medical and surgical specialties and is the only free-standing children’s hospital in the state.
