Our new Vice President – Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer, reporting to the President, will play an integral role in leading our team through this important time of change and transformation.
Responsible for quality standards of patient care, performance improvement, program management and business operations.
Collaborates in the spirit of teamwork and assures front-line participation in clinical decision making by establishing shared governance practice model within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of Mount Carmel Health System.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
MSN, MHA, MBA or other related Master's required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
Five to seven years progressive nursing leadership experience, broad hospital operations experience desired
