The Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking a Neonatologist to join our practice.
The Division of Neonatology at Mayo Clinic provides specialty consultative care to pregnant mothers and newborns with routine to highly complex medical and surgical conditions. We will move into our new state-of-the-art Level 4 NICU in 2020. The division specializes in family centered, highly integrated and multispecialty care across the continuum of neonatal conditions. We partner with world-class medical and surgical subspecialists, including pediatric cardiology, cardiac surgery, ENT, as well as Fetal and General Pediatric Surgery. We serve as a major referral center in the upper Midwest and have one of the most advanced medical transport services in the country. We are developing the largest and most reliable telemedicine network to provide remote resuscitation and consultation. There will be an expectation of academic productivity beyond the clinical responsibilities required. License or certification Candidates must be board-certified/board-eligible in neonatal-perinatal medicine, have excellent clinical and teaching skills, and experience in basic, clinical or translational research or education scholarship.
